Our overall mission is to teach the fundamentals of baseball, while emphasizing the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, dedication and hard work in a safe and fun environment. Through baseball, we provide a positive outlet and a safe haven for youth on a year round basis. We work with both boys and girls of all ages and skill levels to help them understand their attitude and behavior on the field is directly related to their behavior off of it.
Goals
- Open a baseball complex with a youth field and an indoor training facility
- Increase the amount of participation in the game of baseball
- Provide a safe, healthy, and positive atmosphere for our community
- Host tournaments for teams from Chicago and around the nation
- Create employment opportunities
- Expand to other parts of the country and teach the game in more places
- Build a baseball complex with a major league size field for high school, college and professional teams to use
